lxlFaithlxl has had her main account hacked ...I am her on my alternate account 1Faith1

gm Lucas the friend that account was hacked WaterElementall is the one that pulled me to her room to click on the link to vote for her ...she said thats how she was hacked as well but she has her account back now ...so I am wondering why I havn't got mine back ..why is the hacker still on my account ...and why am I still GuestlxlFaithlxl...the hackers name lxlFaithlxll needs to be removed from my account ...and also GUEST needs to be removed from my name ..I am lxlFaithlxl...it was nice that a friend told me Ele had been hacked but has now got her account back ...Please help thanks Lucas Faith

hi Lucas no my lxlFaithlxl account has not been resolved I have had many email's with no results so far ..my hubbie account is ok ...its my lxlFaithlxl 1 that was hacked ...I have given all the information to many customer support people I dont know what else to do  changed my email address back to my original one this morning madzacx5@gmail ...hope this helps ...I am getting very flustered to be honest ok time to start my day besafe Lucas 

hi Lucas ...1Cowboy hasn't been on for a few days with his work commitments' ...I have messaged him to let him know you where asking about his ticket ...how this all started was my friend that I have know on here for year's uber me to her private room asking me to click on a link to help her get voted for something ...I went back home to cowboy was telling him about it ..next min IMVU sent me a messaged that they had change my name I said to CB as I call him lol..thats weird I never requested a name change next thing I crashed when I went to sign back in it came up as GuestlxlFaithlxl ...and I was a noob no friends ...the hacker changed my name to lxlFaithlxll they added another ....l...on the end of my name ...she even has my public beach room ...in that name now because IMVU change my name for this hacker ...which has upset me so much ..we have spent so much money here ...the hacker even sent a message to me asking for 80000$ to get my account bk I did flag that message and I have also flag my public room as it has the wrong name ...I truly do noy know what more I can say is don't click on links from your friends who you think your helping and maybe before IMVU change's people name they make sure it's the person and not a Hacker my hubbie wasn't hack I was lxlFaithlxl ....but the Hacker's name lxlFaithlxll is on my hubbies profil ...I will come back on tomozz and see how things are going on your side ..I know I am stressed on mind ...I have received emails from both my email accounts saying they are trying to solve this issue but its not resolved yet ...many thanks Lucus ...(Faith )

hiLucas ...no it hasn't been resolved ...when I logged into my main account this morning I noticed that the Hacker had changed my main account name from lxlFaithlxl ....to lxlFaithlxll,,,they added a extra l ...when I look on 1Cowboy profil it show's his married to lxlFaithlxll  which is not me ...when I log in as lxlFaithlxl it comes up guest lxlFaithlxl ...I am so tried of this ...the stress headaches every day it's not good for my health please help this is taking a very long time to resolve many thanks Faith
