I am following up regarding the ticket I submitted about a week ago concerning the IMVU user named xDeea, who publicly posted my personal information on their IMVU feed, including my Instagram account, private conversations, and photos without my consent.
So far, I have only received automated responses with help articles, without any actual resolution regarding my report.
I noticed that the posts were removed, likely after review by the IMVU team, but I still have not received any official response, nor have I seen any action taken against the account responsible.
I consider this situation extremely serious because it represents a major violation of my privacy and misuse of personal data. Publicly sharing private conversations and images without my permission has affected both my personal safety and reputation.
Furthermore, I have already filed a criminal complaint regarding this matter, and I expect IMVU to treat this case with the seriousness it deserves. The fact that the account has not been restricted or suspended raises concerns about the enforcement of IMVU’s policies regarding harassment, doxxing, and unauthorized sharing of personal information.
I respectfully request:
an official response regarding my report;
confirmation of the actions taken against the user account xDeea;
a full review of that user’s activity in order to prevent further abuse.
