Blocked users should not be able to see ANYTHING. Everything should be blanked out for them. The only good things about it, is that they can't enter your rooms or message and that's obviously not good enough. Why are blocked users is still able to see my room location, whisper to me, still seeing my followers etc. They should not be seeing those things.

If a blocked user whispers to you then warn them.
Example: "It's considered harassment to engage in whispering to people that have blocked you, your whispers will be reported."
If there is a room mod then you can try to tell them about what has happend. Also take and download screenshots to be used as evidence in a help ticket where harassment charges are filed against the person that harassed you.
It's often important to file harassment charges using the help ticket system against folk whom are abusive; especially if they are VIP. This is because flagging users whom are VIP seems to have little effect. VIP users seem to only get issued warnings but seldom suffer actual consequences for their abuse and harassment of others. Even though flagging a bully whom is VIP seems to have little effect it's still important to do it because every flagging report of abusive harassment gets assigned a case number and a E mail notification is sent to you. Save those E mail notifications because they need to be submitted as evidence in the help ticket where harassment charges were filed; especially if the harassment has been ongoing and persisted over period of time.
