My account got permanently disabled while I was literally using it. It kicked me out then I found out it was disabled for been bot but I wasn't or I haven't used any bot tools it almost two weeks ago and I start losing hope to get it back ;(

I'm sure it was mistake 100% I even asked them to recheck again there must be mistake it really dying me slowly all the friends and outfit I made just to got in second. It not even fair I haven't used anything against there policy and terms

Any suggestions or help :((

I did fill ticket they respond but they don't think it mistake I been having this account since 2023 and now they think I'm bot or I used bot tools but I haven't
