Hello,

I am trying to purchase a Name Change Token, but I am unable to add a payment method to my account.

When I enter my credit card information and click "Continue to Checkout", nothing happens. The page does not proceed and no error message is displayed.

I have also tried to purchase the Name Change Token during the current promotion, but the payment remains stuck and no charge appears on my bank account.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Reminder live chat open Tuesday - Saturday at 9am pst-6pm pst. 

And ticket take 1-5 days response.
