I was buying something off of someone the moment he got all my credit he blocked me . Is it possible that his account gets taken down and I get a refund?

Hello! Since this was a private agreement between users, IMVU is unable to intervene in the arrangement itself or recover Credits, money, or items exchanged as part of it. Private agreements involving custom products are made at the users’ own discretion and risk, and they are not endorsed, mediated, or supported by IMVU.
Regarding the other user’s account, moderators cannot guarantee or discuss any action that may or may not be taken. However, you may report the situation through the appropriate support/report channels so it can be reviewed by the proper team: https://support.imvu.com/support/tickets/new
