Hello IMVU Support Team,


I am contacting you because I am unable to access my IMVU account due to two-factor authentication.


I know my account password and can successfully enter it, but I no longer have access to the email address where the verification code is sent. Because of this, I am completely locked out of my account.


I am the rightful owner of this account and I am willing to provide any information necessary to verify my identity, including my username, approximate account creation date, previous email address, purchase history, billing information, or any other details you may require.


I would greatly appreciate your assistance in recovering access to my account by updating or removing the two-factor authentication after verifying my ownership.
