Hi! First, please check your Spam/Junk folder, as the password reset email may have been filtered there. Also make sure that the email address linked to your IMVU account is correct and active.
If you still don't receive the reset email, you can contact IMVU Support by submitting a Help Ticket so they can assist you with recovering your account.
If you're using a Hotmail, Outlook, or Live email address, it's also worth checking your email settings, as these providers may sometimes block IMVU emails.
