I recently purchased a MINT prepaid code because I wanted to buy IMVU Credits.
Unfortunately, every time I tried to use the MINT payment method for Credits, I received the following error:
"Oops! There was an error processing your payment. Please check your payment information and try again."
Since I thought there might be an issue only with the Credits page, I tested the same MINT code by purchasing Runway Passes, and the purchase was successful.
However, my intention was never to buy Runway Passes. I only wanted to purchase Credits, but the Credits payment page would not allow me to complete the transaction.I even tried using a VPN to make sure it was not a regional issue, but I still received the same payment error when purchasing Credits.
Would it be possible to convert my recently purchased 1,200 Premium Runway Passes into IMVU Credits, or provide another solution?
