The hacker first added their own email address to my account. After that, they created another account using my email address, adding the number "1" to my name.
I honestly don't know if I'll ever be able to recover my original account. If you happen to know someone who is an expert in account recovery or cybersecurity, it would mean a lot if you could connect me with them. I would really appreciate any help.

I'm sorry this happened. Don't give up yet—if you can verify you're the original owner, there's still a chance to recover your account. Please contact IMVU Support as soon as possible and include your original username, original email address, and any purchase receipts or transaction IDs you may have.
