URGENT: Age Verification – Session Timeout Every Attempt

Hi Team,

I have tried completing age verification many times but it always says:

“Your session has timed out – For security, your session times out after a certain period.”

I have already tried:

• Using full browser instead of the IMVU app

• Turning off VPN, adblock, incognito & battery saver

• Clearing cache, reinstalling the app, restarting my device

• Using valid UK Passport / Driving Licence

• Trying different devices & networks

The verification link will not stay open long enough to finish.

Please reset my verification status on your end so I can start fresh.
