I got hacked 6 days ago sent in help ticket everyone else got their accounts back, what is the damn hold up on mine??? I sent screen shots where he set me up a new account and sent me a message from my account requesting money or he would sell it. Any idea how long it takes VU to get off their butt and help someone?????

Hello, as long you did made ticket and giving them information they needs to resolve. Ticket take 1-5 days response.
