Hello I specifically purchased the 20$ VIP Platinum tier so I can access the live chat support however all i get is a drop down menu from the Virtual assistant and when I choose the "Get more help" option I keep getting the same message saying to Join VIP for the chat support... I literally have VIP so Im not sure whats going on

Hello, @AuroraDoll try clear cache and re log in l . Live chat is open Tuesday - Saturday at 9am-6pm PST.
