I am Henry, user of the account Abhirath (formerly Nic0verdyum). My ticket is #855436.
I want to summarize my case clearly:
· This account was a gift from my late girlfriend. She paid for the Access Pass membership with her own money.
· She passed away during the COVID-19 pandemic. This account is the only memory I have left of her.
· I have been the ONLY user of this account for years. No one else has ever accessed it.
· The restriction started because of a false accusation about misuse of IMVU credits. I never had real credits—only promo credits.
· I could not provide ID because my documents were lost in the double seismic event that struck Venezuela.
Now IMVU keeps telling me to "return" the account to its original owner—someone who no longer exists.
So I ask you:
Have any of you ever returned a gift to a loved one who has passed away? Have you gone to a cemetery to give back something they gave you while they were alive?
If you have, please explain to me how you did it. And if you haven't, then stop asking me to do something that makes no sense.
If you truly believe this is the right thing to do, please explain this procedure to all IMVU users so they can learn from your example.
I am not asking for money or special favors. I am asking for logic and a little humanity.
