Too many creators haven't used the categories correctly, so after we buy a product, it's hard to find them in our inventory unless we remember something specific about the name, which can be pretty obscure and hard. Vip inventory lists are much too messy.
I know that there are a lot of people in this community that would be willing to help other creators edit their categories to better organize the catalogue. I think it would help if it were like peer review, give old products a boost, and new products a warning if they submit too many of their new items in the wrong category, especially with clearly unrelated tags (like blond or pink for hair that's clearly all black).
I understand that creators can go back and edit their own shop items, but with so many already submitted hundreds or even thousands into their own shop(s), this is too big of a task to do alone. I've noticed that imvu's members are the most helpful and generous people I've met. even if they don't personally like eachother, they still love helping eachother when it comes to products, especially tutorials. That's one thing I've always respected about this community, they can put their personal differences aside and focus on how much they love a topic.
