I’ve been using imvu since 2019 on a old account that’s been deleted I get imvu has a policy where if ur not active for 12 months and more ur account gets flagged as retired or deleted I think imvu should update their policy’s to where people can keep their accounts no matter how long they aren’t active on it or they should let people keep their accounts as long as they claim their avatar name like buying it comepletly so like that if they aren’t active on the account they can login within anytime they want with no problems of their account being deleted please imvu let people keep their accounts no matter what or how long they take off it due to personal reasons not everyone can keep logging in once a month to reset their timer so their accounts doesn’t get deleted or marked as retired please imvu community and leaders fix that issue please

Folk whom pay for name registration to remove their Guest_ status or purchase Access Pass do not get their accounts deleted for taking an extended hiatus from IMVU. They might get their account temporarily placed on hold and need to contact customer service to get the hold lifted. Accounts placed on hold can still enjoy most of the activities on IMVU while they wait for customer service to life the hold on the account.
