Once logged in, click your avatar icon in the top right corner, then select “Settings.”
In the Settings menu, you will see an “Email” option located between “Password” and “Payments And Orders.”
Click “Email” to view your current email address. Select “Change,” remove the existing email address, and enter the new email address you would like to use. After entering your new email, you will be asked to enter your IMVU account password to confirm the change.
Through IMVU Next on mobile, login, tap the three bars in the top-left corner, scroll down and select “Settings," then follow the steps above to update your email address.
If you're using the IMVU app on mobile, click on your icon in the top right corner, then the gear icon in the top right corner, then "Change Email."
Remember that you can login to your account using your username as well.

If you are using a computer, first try logging into IMVU Next:
https://www.imvu.com/next/home/
