Hello team how can I turn off imvu pop ups on my phone about promotional materials and sales? I get spammed so much and my notifications are for messages only, so is the only way turning off messages?

If you are talking about promotional messages sent inside the IMVU app from IMVU staff, then there is no separate option to disable only those while keeping other messages.
If they are phone push notifications, your phone's notification settings can disable IMVU notifications. But that may also disable message alerts depending on what controls your device gives you.
