Hi. I just recently changed my old email address to my new email address because my old email I was having trouble trying to get 2 factor authentication codes sent to me from my email . So I changed my email address and made a new email so the 2 factor code can be sent to my phone. Is everything on my account ok? I just would like to know because I never changed my email address before until I had some problems trying to login from 2 factor because the codes weren’t being sent to my email. thank you ! I just would like to know if my account is ok? Thanks again .

Hello, since you posted this in the forums, you won't get a confirmation from IMVU staff about whenever or not your account is okay. This is mainly for community discussions.
But if you successfully changed your email address and you can still log in normally, your account should be fine. Changing your email address by itself does not damage your account.

No problem! There are Community Moderators on the forums here, but they are not IMVU employees/staff. Community Moderators mainly answer general questions, keep discussions organized, and point users toward official resources.
