Hello, you can also try completing the verification process through IMVU Desktop instead of mobile. Sometimes switching devices can help. This article in general explains how to get your age verified: http://im.vu/help424
But IMVU advises contacting Customer Support if the verification partner, Yoti, still can't verify your age.
