Hello, if the credits came from the Spin Wheel or your monthly credits, then they can be used the same way as regular credits in most cases. However, Promo Credits cannot be used to gift other users, nor can they be transferred.
What are Promotional Credits (promo credits/predits) and how do they differ from regular credits? - http://im.vu/help754
