Hello, how long ago did you create the ticket? Unfortunately, it does take a long time to get a response.
Remember to include the username of the account, the original email, DoB on the account, city/state/country where the account was created, and any billing information connected to it. Do not create multiple duplicate tickets, because it can make it harder to track the case.
