IMVU'da VIP, Credits veya başka bir satın alma işlemi sırasında ödeme ile ilgili sorunlar yaşanabiliyor. Ödeme hesabınızdan çekilmiş ancak satın aldığınız ürün hesabınıza ulaşmamışsa veya işlem sırasında hata aldıysanız, öncelikle işlemin durumunu kontrol etmek önemlidir.
Böyle bir durumda:
• Satın alma işleminizin gerçekleşip gerçekleşmediğini kontrol edin. • Ödeme alınmış ancak ürün veya Credits hesabınıza ulaşmamışsa IMVU Support üzerinden Help Ticket oluşturun. • Support'a başvururken sipariş bilgilerinizi ve ödeme işlemiyle ilgili gerekli bilgileri güvenli şekilde iletin. • Kart numarası, şifre veya diğer hassas ödeme bilgilerinizi Community forumunda paylaşmayın. • Mobil cihaz üzerinden yapılan satın almalarda ilgili uygulama mağazasının ödeme geçmişini de kontrol edin.
Ödeme işlemleriyle ilgili incelemelerin doğru şekilde yapılabilmesi için satın alma tarihini, işlemin türünü ve yaşanan sorunu açıkça belirtmek yardımcı olabilir.
Ödeme sorunu yaşayan kullanıcıların kişisel ve finansal bilgilerini forumda paylaşmak yerine resmi Support kanallarını kullanmaları daha güvenlidir.

@UglyDoll @JustSong I understand your point, and I appreciate the clarification. My intention was never to spam the forums. I created these threads because I wanted to provide useful information for Turkish-speaking players, since Turkish players are also part of the IMVU community.
I understand now that these posts should have been made in the appropriate International section. I’ll keep that in mind for future posts. Thank you for letting me know.

While you are right about being inclusive, which IMVU IS, there are international forums to post in. Why keep posting in these forums and not in international? I would think that most international people would check those forums if they are not fluent in English. Basically, people assume you are spamming the threads. Not accusing you of that.

I understand that English is the main language of the forums, but IMVU is not only used by English-speaking players. There are also many Turkish players and players from other countries.
The reason I wrote these posts in Turkish is because I wanted to share information that could be useful to Turkish players as well. Turkish players are also part of the IMVU community.
I believe that having content in different languages helps make the community more welcoming and inclusive for everyone.

There isn't much we can do about the forums getting trashed by users who refuse to post using proper English.
There isn't even a report function in the forums.
