You misunderstood me. You shouldn't post information like that in here. This is just the discussions topics. Here only other IMVU users just like you and me will post. You should send those details in your ticket where the IMVU support can see them.
Never post personal information in here.

Hi, when you make a ticket, besides the Transaction ID IMVU asked for your should also provide other information to prove you're the owner of the account. This extra steps are made just to ensure the safety of your account in case it got hacked / stolen.
You should also send them:
The username of your account
The email used to create the account, the current email used on the account.
The exact date of birth registered on your account.
The creation date and location of the account. (You can estimate the date if you don't know exactly).
And the first 4 digits of your credit card if you made any CC purchases.
If you're a VIP you could also speed up the process by contacting IMVU directly on their Live Chat, using the "Chat with us!" button on the right corner.

While the transaction ID can help them find a payment, they will likely need additional information to confirm you are the account owner if you need your account recovered.
If they keep requesting the transaction ID, try replying to the same ticket with the transaction ID along with the information (username, original email, DoB, etc) I provided in my other comment.

Hello, sorry to hear about your account. When you submitted a help ticket, did you include the information that's necessary? You should include the username, the original email, DoB on the account, city/state/country where the account was created, and any billing information connected to it.
Do not create multiple duplicate tickets, because it can make it harder to track the case.
