I share my account with my friend cuz his account get banned but he change the email and the password so i can’t join again i need help to get my account back

However, since you are the original creator and owner of the account, IMVU Support can still help you recover it.

Here is exactly what you need to do right now to get your account back:

Check your original registered email: Look through your inbox (and the Spam/Junk folders) for an automated email from IMVU titled 'IMVU Alert: Email address changed'. If your friend recently changed it, this email contains a direct link that says 'If you did not make this change, please click here to roll back...' — clicking this link will instantly revert the email back to yours and allow you to reset the password.
Submit a Help Ticket from an Alternative Account: If you cannot find that email or the link has expired, you must contact support directly. Since you cannot log into your main account, create a new temporary guest account (or use an alternative one).
Go to the Help Center and click Contact Us to submit a Help Ticket under the 'Account Inquiry' or 'Hacked Account' category.
Provide Verification Details: In your ticket, state clearly that your account was taken. To prove you are the real owner, provide the staff with:
- The exact username of the lost account.
- The original email address you used to create the account.
