I am writing to request your assistance in removing/logging out all other active device sessions associated with my IMVU account.
Email ID: **********
I had previously shared my account credentials with a friend for login purposes. However, even after changing my password, my friend is still receiving notifications and room invitations related to my IMVU account on their device.
Could you please check my account and revoke/logout any active sessions on other devices, while keeping my current device/session active?
I have already changed my password and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
Thank you for your support.

Thank you, Mr. XfariX. You saved me from being hacked; I have enabled two-factor authentication (2FA).

Hello!
Please note that the Help Forums are run by community members and volunteers, so we cannot access your account details or manually log out devices for you. To protect your privacy, please EDIT your post immediately to remove your email address!
To force a logout of all other active sessions and fix this notification issue on your friend's device, please follow these official steps:
Change Your Password Again via the Web: Go to the official IMVU Website > Account Settings and change your password. When you do this through the website, it officially forces a disconnection of older active tokens.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Turn on Two-Factor Authentication in your account settings immediately. This adds an extra layer of security and will block any other device from reconnecting without a code sent to your phone or email.
Submit a Private Help Ticket: Since changing your password didn't completely revoke your friend's session notification token, you need the official team to clear it manually. Go to the Help Center, click Contact Us, and open a Help Ticket under 'Account Inquiry' or 'Security'.
State the Issue Privately: In your private ticket, paste this message (without your password) so the official support staff can refresh your account's session tokens on their server.
Please remove your email address from this public thread right away to prevent spam and phishing attempts. Stay safe!
