How you cancel your VIP subscription depends entirely on the payment method and platform you used to purchase it. Here are the official ways to cancel:
If you purchased via Credit Card or PayPal on the IMVU Website:
Log into the official IMVU Website.
Go to your Account Settings (the gear icon).
Click on Subscriptions or Subscribed, find your VIP subscription, and click Cancel.
If you purchased via Apple App Store (iOS):
Open your iPhone/iPad Settings > tap your Apple ID name at the top.
Tap on Subscriptions.
Find IMVU, tap it, and select Cancel Subscription.
If you purchased via Google Play Store (Android):
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your Profile icon in the top right > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Select IMVU and tap Cancel subscription.
