@***** and the other person is is harassing me and bullying me trying to take my account they trying to hack me and I got proof of it on Snapchat and also they doing the same thing on IMVU @********

I am very sorry to hear that you are going through this. Cyberbullying and hacking attempts are taken very seriously on IMVU, but there are strict procedures you must follow to get this resolved quickly and safely:

Do Not Name and Shame: According to IMVU Forum Rules, publicly posting usernames or accusing specific players in discussions is strictly prohibited. Please EDIT your post immediately to remove the usernames.
File a Official Help Ticket: Since you have proof, you must submit it directly to IMVU Staff. Go to the Help Center, click on Contact Us, and open a Help Ticket under the 'Report User' or 'Safety' category.
Submit Your Proof: In your ticket, explain the situation clearly. Take screenshots of the harassment and hacking threats from both IMVU and Snapchat, and attach them directly to your help ticket.
Secure Your Account Immediately: If they are attempting to hack you, change your account password and the password of your registered email address right away. Make sure your email is verified, and never share your login details or verification codes with anyone.
Block and Flag: Use the built-in Block feature on IMVU and Snapchat to cut off all communication with them. If they send harassing messages inside IMVU, use the Flag tool right on the message so the moderation team can review it.

Please hide the usernames from this public thread as soon as possible, and let the official support team handle it through a secure ticket. Stay safe!
