Lawd! Okay. For starters, DO NOT post that info in Forums. Nowhere! If the message said Contact Customer Service then that is what you do. Make a help ticket and provide all of the information there. This is a public forum. Not Customer Service. Now all of your private info is posted for the world to see. That's NOT SAFE! Or smart!
On the site page you can find the help section. Go to it and find file a help ticket or contact customer service. And if you can delete your information from that post you just made...do it. NEVER post your info like that in a public place.

Hello!
CRITICAL SECURITY WARNING: Please EDIT or DELETE your post immediately to remove your password and email address! The IMVU Forums are public, and sharing your password here puts your account at high risk of being stolen permanently. IMVU Staff or Moderators will never ask for your password.
Regarding your account restoration: Since the screen shows 'We're sorry, but we're unable to restore your IMVU account at this time', it means the automatic reactivation window has passed or there is a security hold.
You must contact Customer Service directly to restore it. Since you cannot log into your deleted account, please follow these steps:
Create a new temporary guest account (or use an alternative account if you have one).
Go to the Help Center and click on Contact Us to submit a Help Ticket.
State clearly that you are trying to recover your deactivated account: Guest_KBsDemonicPsycho.
Provide the staff with the original email address (do not include the password) and any details they ask for to verify your ownership.
Please remove your password from this public thread right away! Stay safe!
