Hello, IMVU Support Team. Thank you for your response. I’ve contacted you twice since September 26, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I’m still unable to purchase VIP or any other membership. Could you please look into this and help me fix it?
You are incredibly helpful; I had been looking for a method for a long time and finally found it here. Thank you, thank you, XfariX—it worked for me.

Hello!
Since your payment screen is stuck on the 'Procesar Orden' (Processing Order) step with a continuous loading icon, this usually happens due to a browser script conflict, regional mismatch, or a security block from the billing system.
Please try the following steps to resolve this:
Change the store language to English: Sometimes automated browser translations or language mismatches cause the payment gateway to freeze.
Clear Cache & Cookies: Clear your browser history or try completing the purchase using Incognito/Private mode.
Switch Browsers: Try using a different browser (like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari) or make the purchase directly through the IMVU Desktop App.
Use PayPal: If your credit/debit card is being blocked by IMVU's security system, linking your card to a PayPal account and paying through it usually bypasses this issue.
If you have already opened a Help Ticket, please make sure to attach this screenshot to your case so the billing agents can manually clear any hold on your account. Hope this helps!

Try using a major credit card that is past the expiration date
