Once the 30-day reactivation link expires, the automated recovery option is no longer available. To get the account back, the user must contact IMVU Support directly for a manual restoration.
Since they cannot log into their disabled account, they should follow these steps:
Create a Temporary Account: Sign up for a new, temporary account on the IMVU website to gain access to the help tools.
Submit a Support Ticket: Go to the Help Center, click Submit a Ticket, and set the category to General Support and the subcategory to Disabled Account.
Provide Verification Details: In the ticket description, they must provide the following information to prove ownership:
The exact Avatar Name of the disabled account.
The original email address used to register the account.
The registered Date of Birth.
The City and Country where the account was created.
An IMVU support agent will review the database records and manually reactivate the account if the provided details match.
