Why after I purchase credits I get a “there was an issue with the payment” but the money is being taken?

Since the transaction was declined, the held amount will automatically be returned to your bank account [1].
• Credit Cards: It typically takes 3 to 7 business days for the pending hold to disappear and for the funds to return to your available balance.
