1. Get your act together, going from 250k subs back in 2007 to a mere 30k subs today is obviously something you are doing wrong, stop messing with the rubbish mobile app and next and get some new developers in to make classic 64 bit and get a better graphics enginge for it, its been limited to 10 users and still randomly crashes for no reason at all. Also dont ignore the issues it has, fix them.
2. Completely revamp your support desk, its utterly useless and takes way too long to get any kind of reply, 5 days to reply!!!! NOBODY there has a clue what they are doing and dont even read the replies to the tickets properly. GET A COMPLIANTS PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL ADVERTISED!
3. WHY make creators buy VIP to create? If they create you get a profit from it anywway, you're just turning into a cash grab chat site. Why does the guest also have to be paid for to remove it, surely buying a name change token should remove that? (cash grab) Exrtra profile camvas (cash grab)
4. Sort your shared rooms out, if someone leaves a shared room DONT DELETE IT GIVE IT BACK TO THE PERSON THAT PURCHASED IT!!!!! THEY PAID FOR IT!!!!!!!! AND YOU STEAL IT!

I completely agree with all of the above. And they are all about the money. This was once an enjoyable place to be and hang out. We never had issues with spammers and hackers. Didn't have the issues with young kids on here either. Mobile has really ruined a fabulous site and the new owners care only about what they want. Customer Service was NEVER as poor as it is now. If only someone else could create a new Chat Client like IMVU Classic and leave it at that. I would leave this place in a heartbeat. Actually, just about everyone would leave. There is no draw for the money here anymore.
