I have been a loyal member of IMVU for 13 years now and I am a paying VIP member. I am writing to you today because I am deeply frustrated with the current state of the platform for PC users.
Trying to use IMVU on a mobile phone is highly inconvenient and impractical for long-term users. Dressing up avatars, managing a huge inventory, and chatting is clumsy and complicated on a small screen. Many of us still heavily rely on the PC and the classic website because it offers the layout we need.
Instead of locking new features behind mobile-only paywalls, please start investing in updating and renewing the website and the PC experience. The PC community is large, loyal, and spending money—we deserve a modern, working desktop platform that isn't left behind.
