Esta reclamación, la queria poner en el apartado de atención al cliente , pero no me deja o no se como hacerlo si alguien me puede asesorar le estare muy agradecida,..

Hello :)
A Shared Room is only fixed to be shared with 1 person you pick. If you and that one person are no longer friends, married, whatever...the room disappears. It is not reusable. If you want to share a room with someone else, you must purchase a new Shared Room. They are not reusable. They do not refund for Shared Rooms either.
