We're preparing to update the minimum supported versions of IMVU Mobile. Most users are already using a supported version, so only a small percentage of our community will be affected.
Soon, IMVU Mobile version 14.10.0 or later will be required to continue using the app on both iOS and Android.
What does this mean for you?
If you're already using version 14.10.0 or later, no action is needed.
If you're using an older version, you'll need to update IMVU Mobile to continue using the app.
The minimum operating system requirements are:
- iOS: iOS 16 or later
- Android: Android 10 or later
How to Update IMVU Mobile
- iOS: Open the App Store, search for IMVU, and tap Update if available.
- Android: Open the Google Play Store, search for IMVU, and tap Update if available.
If your device is running an older operating system, you'll need to update it to a supported version before you can install the latest version of IMVU Mobile. You can check for available operating system updates in your device's Settings.
Please note that some older devices may not support the required operating system updates.
