Hello! its my first time being a creator and i thought it’ll only take a day or two for peer review to pass my items, though its been a week almost 2 but some of my items hasnt been approve yet. Though if i publish heads or eyes it gets approved first. can anyone tell me why?

Well, it's the way peer review is set up now. If you're a Platinum VIP or Emerald VIP...all of their things apparently go through first. If you are either of those you can Contact IMVU Customer Service via Live Chat and they can assist with passing those items.
Also, if you do peer review they say products will go through quicker.
It doesn't matter what you create, it all has to go through PR and depending on the position you are in the Que, and how many people are doing peer review, it does take time. And yes, 2 weeks is not unheard of.
