So my friend had her password stolen after she clicked a link her friend sent and mistakenly entered her information. Since then she's been extorted and they have been using her account to fool others into clicking the link and entering their information. Two so far have had their info stolen. I was almost caught myself, but quickly changed my password and didn't reveal my code.
They have been using the trust my friend has garnered to persuade others into taking their info. She filed a ticket four days ago and has heard nothing.
Is there anything else she and I can do? I'm worried about her account fooling others, but don't want it deleted. She has poured loads of time and money into it, it would be a huge loss for the account to be deleted.

When filling out a help ticket, it usually takes 5 or more days for IMVU to reach out to the person who filed. Unfortunately, she will just have to wait. And you both should know not to EVER click on links in conversations. No matter who it is from. Nobody seems to pay attention to this. Peoples accounts are stolen every day. It's gotten ridiculous. Just tell her to be patient.
