Hey guys, I have a very big problem. My imvu doesn't seem to load properly. I am unable to go to rooms properly without it saying, "3D room failed. Refresh and try again." It does not let me see the clothes or the avatars in the shop. It does not let me go and change my avatar outfit. If I go to my own profile, it does not load correctly when I check other people's rooms or my own room.

What I have tried so far to fix it:

- Rebooting my phone by force

- Cleared the cache of the phone

- Cleared the cache of the app

- Uninstalled and reinstalled the app

- Turned off and turned on the phone

- Switched the mobile networks from Wi-Fi to mobile data and then back to Wi-Fi

- Tried to turn off my VPN and turn it back on

- I've tried asking a friend to log into my account from their phone and it works but not on mine!!!

I have done all the above but it still does not work. What exactly is the big problem with this app? It has been bugging me since yesterday
