I am having trouble loading, can't change clothes, see profile pictures, can't see when I'm in a room everything is blacked out

Hi Vanessa,
It sounds like you need to clear your cache. I don't know if you are on mobile or Next or Classic, but usually that happens when can't load anymore data and you're out of space. Clear your cache. Clear the app cache and your browser. And try and log in again. If it still doesn't work then uninstall the app and reinstall the app. And if that does not work then you will need to contact IMVU Customer Support with a Help Ticket or by Live Chat.
