Here are upcoming changes to expired VIP Public Rooms

If a user had a Tiered VIP Subscription and let their subscription lapse, it’s possible some of their Public Rooms are still publicly listed on IMVU. 


In the near future, IMVU will be expiring these Public Rooms. 

In order to keep these expired rooms public, users will need to renew their Tiered VIP Subscription.

FAQs

How will I know if one of my rooms is going to become expired?

If you have not paid for:

  • VIP Membership,
  • A Chat Room Slot; or
  • Received a Public or Live Room as a gift

Then you will likely be impacted and lose your Public or Live Room unless you take action. 
 

What do I need to do to get back my expired Public or Live Room?

You will need to pay for that Public or Live Room. 

In order to maintain these expiring rooms as public, users will need to renew their Tiered VIP Subscription.  


How do I make my Room Public?

To make your room public via IMVU Desktop and through the IMVU Website, the steps are outlined here.
