How it works

STEP 1. Give us a call to place your order: 866.761.0975 (open from 6AM to 6PM PST).

STEP 2. The representative will redirect you to our secure payment processor. After the tone, you will type in your credit card number through your phone's keypad. The system will capture the information, but the full number will not be visible or available to the representative in any way.

Note: During this process, the representative will not be able to hear anything from your end. This is so that the touch tones from the key presses also cannot be heard by the representative. If you made a mistake in typing in your card number, wait for 30 seconds to be automatically reconnected to the person assisting you.

STEP 3. The representative will ask you for the card's expiration date.

STEP 4. For the final step, you will again be redirected to our payment processor to enter the 3-digit security code (CVC) at the back of your card.

STEP 5. Once the payment has been successfully verified, the items will be immediately delivered to your account. It's that simple!

Is this method safe?

IMVU takes security very seriously, and we have made sure this payment method is completely secure. Since you are using the keypad on your phone to type out the numbers, no one else can have access to your card information. You don't have to read the card numbers out loud, or type it anywhere else! The representative on the phone will be able to see only the first and last few digits of your card, but the rest will be hidden.

Who can make these purchases?

Currently, only customers residing in the US and Canada will be eligible for phone purchases. Also, some accounts may not be eligible depending on account activity.
