Can I transfer a Name Change Token?

Name Change Tokens (NCTs) allow users to customize their avatar names. These tokens are available for purchase or gift to others through our store for $12.99. NCTs are non-transferable to others but can be gifted from the Dollar Store.

The Marriage Package enhances the experience by including two NCTs, providing additional options for personalization.
 

Gifting from the Dollar Store:

Exceptions for Alt Accounts:

While NCTs are typically non-transferable to other users, an exception may be made for transfers to your own alternate account. If you wish to request such a transfer, please contact our customer support team. It's important to note that these requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed. This measure is in place to prevent the unauthorized resale of NCTs, which is strictly against our policies.
