There are 4 main reasons why you may have earned zero credits on your catalog sale. One of the cases explained below may apply to you:

REASON 1:

You may be signed up to earn money for your sales. When one of your product sells and makes a profit of one credit, it will look like $0.00 when converted. However, you will be getting a fractional cent in escrow, eventually adding up into something we can pay out. Learn more about the Creator-Earn Money program here.

REASON 2:

The product was purchased using Promotional Credits. When Promotional Credits are used to purchase your products, you will receive one (1) Developer Token for each item that was sold, regardless of the profit you have set. Dev Tokens can be used in place of paying credits for fees in some instances.

REASON 3:

You submitted your product with a profit of zero. The total price will still show any derivation fees and IMVU's 10% markup, but you will only earn profit if you enter a number in the Profit field. You can change the profit on your product without having to re-submit it.

REASON 4:

Your catalog sale may still be on your pended credits schedule. For more information, visit the Pended Credits page in our Creator Education Center.
