Aside from HTML and CSS customizations, IMVU Homepages offer another dimension of customizability. You can change the settings on each panel of your IMVU Homepage so that only certain groups have access to that content. For example, if you only want your friends to be able to see your Homepage messages, you can use these steps to set that restriction:
Setting Restrictions to Your Homepage
STEP 1: Go to www.imvu.com, and then login to your account. If you are having problems logging in, click here.
STEP 2: Click Account located at the top of your IMVU page.
STEP 3: Scroll down the page and look for the privacy & safety section.
STEP 4: Under the Panel Visibility Settings section, choose which area of your homepage you would like to impose the restrictions.
STEP 5: Once done, click the Update Preferences button to save your settings.
