IMVU requires that you validate your email address to perform specific actions. If you are unsure if your email address is verified, here is a simple way to check.
On the IMVU Classic Website
Step 1. Log into your IMVU account on the Classic Website.
Step 2. Go to our Email Verification Page.
Step 3. You will see whether your email address is Verified or Not verified from the Email Verification section.
If your email address is not verified, simply click the "send a verification email" link, and you will receive an email with instructions on verifying your address.
On the IMVU Website
Step 1. Log into your IMVU account here.
Step 2. You may receive a prompt to verify your email if you haven’t verified your email address.
To verify your email address, simply click Verify Email, or you can visit here to request a verification email.
IMPORTANT: If your email address is a Hotmail, Outlook, or Live account, please consider using a different email provider. These providers may block IMVU's email notifications. Please check your Junk or Spam folders if you still have not received your email verification link.
