Here are the different ways to Verify your Email address:
On the IMVU Website
Step 1. Login to your account and go to Settings.
Step 2. If your Email Address is not yet verified, you will receive a prompt asking if you want to verify, click “Verify Email” to continue.
Step 3. To check if your email address is already verified, go to your Email Settings.
IMPORTANT: If your email address is a Hotmail, Outlook, or Live account, please consider using a different email provider. These providers may block IMVU's email notifications. Please check your Junk or Spam folders if you still have not received your email verification link.
On IMVU Mobile
Step 1. Launch your IMVU Mobile, then login to your account.
Step 2. On your Homepage, tap the settings icon at the top right corner of your screen.
Step 3. You will be directed to the Settings page. Click on “Change Email”.
Step 4. Choose your preferred active email address. You will see a prompt once the email change is successful. To check if your email is verified, go to your email inbox.
Step 5. Open the confirmation email you receive and tap on “Confirm My Email” to verify your new email address.
Step 6. You will be redirected to IMVU Website for the confirmation message. To change your email preferences, click Continue.
On IMVU Classic Website
Step 1. Login to your account and go to Account Settings.
Step 2. Under Account Tools, click Change Email Preferences.
Step 3. On your Email Preferences Settings, click “Verify Email” to verify your email address. If your email is already verified, you will see “Verified” under Email Verification. You can also change your email preferences on the same page.
