Purchasing VIP on IMVU Desktop

STEP 1. Login to your account on IMVU Desktop or IMVU Website.

Don’t have an IMVU Desktop yet? Download here.

STEP 2. Go to IMVU Website Store.

STEP 3. Under Credits and Upgrades, go to VIP and Select the Tiered VIP you want to have.

STEP 4. Check the exclusive perks you will get, then Select Add to Cart.

STEP 5. Select Checkout.

STEP 6. Review your order, then click I agree with the VIP Terms and Conditions.

STEP 7. Select Payment method, fill in the needed information, then Checkout.

Note: VIP Subscription renews automatically however, you may cancel your subscription anytime.

Upgrading Tiered VIP

There’s no need to unsubscribe from your current VIP Tier. You can choose to upgrade or downgrade at any time by simply purchasing a new VIP Tier!

Here’s the step on how to upgrade your Tiered VIP:

STEP 1. After logging in to your IMVU Account, go to the VIP Purchase Page.

STEP 2. If you wish to upgrade, select the Tiered VIP of your choice.

If downgrading, please make sure to read the confirmation, then click Okay if you want to proceed.

Note: Subscribers are always charged full price for tiered VIP and if they are upgrading/downgrading, the remaining time is prorated and added to the new expiry date.

STEP 3. Proceed on Adding to Cart, then Checkout after reviewing the order.

Canceling Tiered VIP Subscription

Subscribed using Credit Card

STEP 1. Go to your Subscriptions page.

STEP 2. Click More Info or the 3 dots (... ) beside your VIP Membership.

STEP 3. Choose Cancel VIP.

STEP 4. A popup button will appear. Click Yes, I am sure I want to cancel.

Another popup will appear confirming that your VIP subscription has been successfully canceled.

Subscribed using PayPal

If you have signed up for a VIP subscription with PayPal and would like to cancel it, follow these instructions:

STEP 1: Log in to your account at www.paypal.com.

STEP 2: From the navigation bar, select “Pay & Get Paid.”

STEP 3: Under the "Accept Payments" category, choose Subscriptions.

STEP 4: Look for the subscription plan you want to cancel.

STEP 5: Click the three dots and select "Cancel Subscription."

Note: It is recommended that you cancel any scheduled payments at least one day before the next payment date. Cancelling a subscription or recurring payment on the day of a scheduled payment does not guarantee that the payment will not be sent.
