They weren't upset when I was getting their cards bought up in 7-11's punching in their gift card numbers this is not good, we worked and invested too much IMVU needs to take the cut not us.

Scraping up the last of the creators paychecks is a heck of a way to cover (credit card costs).

I'm not looking for another subscription I have some, I don't need more, I need my money yesterday without hoops to jump thru, we should get 100% profit and be able to cash out at 25.00

They may have it written in there contract, but have they implemented Masa so if they changed the agreement which they have a right to do, it says they have a right to change the agreement , they can then work it in their favor to reap the rewards of claiming your money by changing it into credits to be redistributed through the program.

This should be looked into, have they done this so if they ever got into trouble they can just claw back what is sitting there.

This needs to be investigated, because the rules also they sit on our money for 14 days they earn of it for 14 days, we are then held to ransom on the amounts we are able to draw from earnings.

You're obviously not reading the responses. We were told that this wouldn't happen to us. That's the unethical part. For that matter, putting profits behind a paywall is also unethical. If VIP isn't purchased and there are profits left behind because our stores are still open, we can't do cash withdrawals unless VIP is re-upped. You're arguing about oranges while we explain to you about apples.

This is not about the money and it's about the money, yes.

We are the creators of the Imvu catalog. We signed a contract to work independently here. Without us Imvu hadn't products to sell, just a few, very old models, nothing more.

We have the right to receive our income without this Vip thing because we're paying with every submission, with every $50 we take out. We're not gaining a lot of money, in fact, we're gaining less and less with each change and that's not fair.

Yeah, Imvu is a place to have fun, to play, but Imvu made a creator program and creators are here not only to create for fun if not as a way to support their living.

Do you understand how horrible feels when you're working for more than ten years and instead of feeling Imvu is caring for you, treating you better, it's the opposite? Just see! Here we are, talking with a cold wall because there is no one responsible for this issue here to read us, to try to understand and try to change this. It's sad, too sad.

I always respected Imvu, I always treated its staff with education and kindness, I tried always to follow the rules, to make things right. I worked so hard that I can't understand why is not possible for them to try to really help us, not just forcing us but with some useless benefits.

Imvu was my second home, it always will have a special place in my heart but I can't afford creating anymore if this change it's finally made.

Thats true we don't receive our full profit so it is no need to charge us for vip when we only take 40% if they wanted to give 100% then thats different, why was my post deleted about taking legal action collectively

We've also never received our full profits. If you luck upon products old enough in the catalog, you'll run across old banners protesting the predit system. IMVU ambushed creators with that, and over the years I've lost thousands of dollars to that bullcrap. It was just the first domino to fall of them cutting us out of the profit margins.

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to reach out to you to express my concern regarding the recent decision that was made For Grandfathered Creators. While I understand that it may have been made with the best intentions, I believe that it may not be the best course of action for our IMVU as GFCreators.

As an alternative solution, I would like to suggest 

If  there is only 1 Account as GFCreator can be able to continue with or without VIP Gold to receive cash payouts.also the same if others GFCreators got more than 1 accounts .

Platinum or Diamond VIP their benefit is useless for GFCreators.

Our hard work Here doesn't have time to use exclusive perks!

I do understand this will be more fun for other users as well .

Your decision will lead to create more bad products rates that you don't want to be in shops . because you aim to get more money with any how! This is the mistake.

Finally !

I believe and Hope this approach could lead to a more positive outcome for everyone involved.

It's also about the fact that we were originally promised that this would never happen. It is about IMVU going back on their word. The first few generations of creators set up the foundation that allowed IMVU to become the company it is today, and this was supposed to be an unspoken reward for that. It also follows 14 years of policy where IMVU has chiseled away at cutting us out of the profits. My profits are maybe 10% of what they were at their height. So your reasoning doesn't hold out when held up against history. IMVU stabbing the original core creators in the back like this is an unacceptable outcome for many because their profits have been reduced so severely by company policy over the years that it is not longer profitable to make money for them.

I'll forgive you for not having read through the many posts that highlight this fact because these forums have been formatted specifically to make organization and keeping up to date difficult, but if you spend maybe half an hour reading back over the early posts, you'll see these facts over and over again.

New creators enter into VIP and creating knowing that this is the case, but we signed on under different conditions. IMVU keeps on shifting the goal post on us and going back on their word. The only thing about this particular scenario that is different from their many other historical acts of cutting us out of the profits is that they bothered to actually warn us ahead of time. In the past they just ambushed us with new policy by implementing it and telling us. After 14 years of interacting with the company, that's the only significant relations advancement that's happened.

As I stated in a previous post, this is how you should think about the scenario. You work for a company. You've worked for them for 10+ years. One day they tell you that in order for you to receive your paycheck, they require you to buy $10 of their product that you don't want or need. That's called erecting a paywall between a contractor/freelancer and/or an employee, and not only is it extremely unethical, it's the sort of B-level villainy I expect from a cartoon character. Such an act speaks of contempt for their creator base, whom they obviously regard as serfs.

There are only a handful of active grandfathered creators left. They're not going to be making that much money off us with this.
