soooo i went and made me some nice shades and all ... put them all great gread... and i see the beautiful green Update available in IMVU studio ... clicked that ... great restarted no problem no need to log in great .. and then i go to make a male ones and THIS happens... so .... i can't add any FBS ... and whenever i open preferences to see .. (who knows maybe a cash needed some cleaning and all) ... nope... and i even reinstalled... nope ... please if anyone can help me fix this

I didn't realize it would take so long to fix.

You are wise to have saved the Old Version. I regret that I deleted the Old Version. Even if it will be automatically updated, it is the only way now.

I will follow your example, wait and looking for something that might help.

I have been keeping up on reinstalling installing the old version so i can put my FBXs , i don't know from where you can get the old . exe. sadly if I have permission or if i can share but its a struggle , every time you close it - t auto updates to 12.

I am also looking and waiting for something that might help . but if its something difficult to fix we may or may not have to wait till next launch update.

Hi.

I have the same issue.

I cannot upload the FBX file and it will not load.

I have deleted the old version, so I looked for a link to the old version, but could not find it.

i may have found a possible lead on what may be wrong ... i still don't know how to fix it and i will keep waiting eater way i have to always re- install and install old version . i am crying bloody tears. fbx importer unknown

the moment I closed the studio and opened it - it auto updated to the new version .. i gave up .... hello old client ...

Converted back to IMVU-Studio-1.11.3 - thank god i have saved the exe. It works fine there.

Please developers make it easier to convert to older version if there is a serious problem with the new update. i looked everywhere in the releases but i didn't find old versions available. (or its so hard to find the link its horrible.)

and if the problem is in my TV station please say how to fix it :)
